Cruising Away

This morning began with a walk down Waikiki to one of the best hotels in Honolulu - the Halekulani and its Orchid Restaurant. We connected with friends Cheryl and Tom McKenzie from Kitchener and her sister and brother in law Sandy and Bob from California. Following breakfast on the beach, we made our way back to our apartment for the last time, gathered our already packed bags and headed off to return our car to Alamo. From there we taxied to the Cruise Terminal where we boarded our home for the next week, Pride of America. We had a quick snack, checked out the pool area and made some restaurant reservations. Tonight we are dining at East meets West restaurant as we set sail for Maui. More on that tomorrow.
