Sunday Lunch

When we are at home, one of the highlights of the week for us is Sunday Lunch when most or all of our family congregate for a dynamic couple of hours. We miss that when we are away, but somehow going for lunch at the Auberge de la Tuilerie makes up for that a little. It's not that we talk to anyone but each other, but it does have a family feel about it, with the family-style servings and the ever present animals.

The lady shown above is chef and chief bottle washer. Today, as the temperature dropped again, we were inside. The classic entrance for many wineries here on the Plan de Dieu, is the cypress lined long straight driveway.
