I must talk about last night's dinner, before I go further.
Our dinner at Grand Pre was spectacular. Although we couldn't get into the dining room, we ate in the bistro from the same dining room and had a fabulous meal.
First course was stuffed peppers or brandade of cod . Main course was pork with fig lavander sauce or a navarin of lamb cassoulette. Dessert was a pomme terrine with creme glace. Everything was excellent!
Sunday, I headed off to Marseilles to pick up Dianne & Tim. Brenda & Bill went off to Mt. Ventoux. Everybody arrived on time and Brenda & Bill has a fabulous trip up Ventoux. These pics of the goings on are courtesy of Bill Fraser.
We did the obligatory slow time mid afternoon to deal with jet lag and when Brenda & Bill arrived, had a wonderful French meal of duck.
