Heading to the South Pacific

In one week, we're off again, this time to an area of the world we have yet to explore - the South Pacific. Since it's been almost a year since my last post, I thought I'd better brush up on my blogging skills. So this is the itinerary for our upcoming journey: Apr 14 we fly to Papeete Tahiti via LA with first Air Canada and then Air Tahiti Nui; Apr 14 - 18 we'll be staying at Le Meridien Tahiti and exploring the island; Apr 18 we embark on a cruise on Oceania's Marina; Apr 19 the first of three French Polynesian stops, Huahine; Apr 20&21 Bora Bora; Apr 22 cruising; Apr 23 Fakarava; Apr 24&25 cruising; Apr 26 Adamstown Pitcairn Islands; Apr 27&28 cruising; Apr 29&30 Hanga Roa, Easter Island; May 1 - 4 cruising; May 5&6 Lima, Peru; May 6 fly to Cuzco; May 7 Cuzco; May 8 Valle Sagrado; May 9 Machu Picchu. May 10 fly back to Lima and then fly home via Atlanta with Delta Airlines, arriving home on May 11. Needless to say, we are now quite excited and are packed and ready to go. I hope to be able to blog each day, with the days at sea as possible exceptions. See you soon!
